Terms of Service

These terms govern use of RankKeep by agencies (“you”) and the client users you invite. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your team members and the client users you invite, and for having the right to connect any Google property you link to RankKeep.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans renew monthly or annually until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

White-label use

You may present the portal under your own brand to your clients. You may not resell access to the RankKeep software itself as a standalone product.

Acceptable use

Don’t use RankKeep to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code or attempt to access another agency’s data.

Your data

You own the data you add or connect. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, and you can export it at any time.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep RankKeep available and accurate, but it is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes by email.
