Privacy Policy
Last updated October 30, 2026
This policy explains what information RankKeep collects, how we use it and the choices you have. RankKeep provides a white-label SEO reporting portal to marketing agencies (“Agencies”), who in turn give their own clients (“Client Users”) access.
Information we collect
Account details you provide, such as name, email address, agency name and billing details. Google data you choose to connect, including Search Console and Google Analytics 4 reporting data, accessed with read-only permission. Content you add, such as custom metrics, notes, files and reports. Usage data, such as log-in times and report opens, used to power features like retention insights.
How we use information
To provide and secure the service, generate reports, send transactional emails on an Agency’s behalf, process payments and provide support. We do not sell personal information and we do not use Google user data for advertising.
Google user data
RankKeep’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can revoke access at any time from your Google account or your agency settings.
Agencies and their clients
For Client User data, the Agency is the controller and RankKeep acts as its processor. Client Users with questions about their data should contact the Agency that invited them.
Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as the Agency’s account is active. After cancellation, data is kept for 30 days and then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
