What happens when my free trial ends?
We’ll remind you a few days before. Add a card to keep going on the plan you picked. If you don’t, your portal pauses and your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your agency settings. Changes are prorated automatically.
Do my clients need to pay anything?
No. Your subscription covers every client and every client login. Many agencies fold the portal into their retainer as a premium feature.
What if I go over my client limit?
Nothing breaks. You’ll be prompted to move up a plan before you can add the next client. Existing clients keep working.
